How to Cook: 

HALLOUMI & SMOKED VENISON

Combine the Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Lemon juice, Lemon Zest, some shredded basil and a grind of Black Pepper in a bowl

Cut the cheese in 12 Slices

Place a slice of Pear and a basil leaf on each slice and wrap in a sliced of Smoked Vension

Ingredients

• 240g Halloumi Cheese
  
• 100g Smoked Cold Venison
  
• 1 Pear, Ripe
  
• A few basil leaves
  
• 2 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  
• 1tsp Lemon Juice 

Brush the wrapped Halloumi slices with the dressing and cook under a hot grill, turning at least once and basting as they cook

Cook until golden and service with Lemon Wedges and Basil garnish
