Fresh Wild Cornish Black Bream is a a superb looking fish with bright silvery skin with hints of pink and gold. A dark grey sea fish with tough scales that need to be removed before cooking.

With it's pinkish opaque flesh, the popularity of Wild Black Bream continues to grow. A slightly sweeter tasting alternative to Sea Bass, and cooked in the same way as Bass and other

The largest fish can be filleted, once filleted these are great for pan searing. Or try a traditional Spanish style dish, baking the fresh Wild Black Bream fillets in the oven on a bed of thinly sliced potatoes, onion and garlic and splashing it with white wine or fino sherry and plenty of olive oil.

Bream is delicious eaten whole after being stuffed and baked.
